Overview:
Join the USBU Delivery team at IQVIA to lead or support the implementation of the Detect platform—an AI-driven pharmacovigilance automation solution. This role is ideal for a proactive, tech-savvy project manager with a strong PV background and a passion for innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead global PV project delivery, ensuring compliance, quality, and efficiency.Act as the primary PV contact across the project lifecycle.Coordinate cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, QA, SMEs).Manage project planning, budgeting, risk, and milestone tracking.Support UAT, go-live, audits, and documentation efforts.Mentor teams and manage vendor relationships.Define and track KPIs for continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s in Life Sciences, Engineering, or related field.5+ years in PV and/or project management (pharma, healthcare, SaaS preferred).Strong knowledge of PV workflows (e.g., AE handling, MedDRA coding).Familiarity with Agile/Scrum and tools (JIRA, Confluence, Smartsheet).PMP, Agile, or Scrum certification preferred (or willingness to obtain).

Skills:

Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving.Ability to manage multiple workstreams independently.Interest in AI, automation, and NLP in PV.High integrity, detail-oriented, and execution-focused.

The potential base pay range for this role, when annualized, is $87,000.00 - $217,600.00. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time). Dependent on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and/or other forms of compensation may be offered, in addition to a range of health and welfare and/or other benefits.
