Key Responsibilities
Drive, plan and direct Subsidiaries HRMS Transformation Project activities to ensure that project objectives are accomplished within prescribed time frames and funding parametersCross-teams and cross–department collaboration with stakeholders to drive business and technology innovation to achieve business unit’s strategic plan and business objectivesCommunicate and escalate risks and issues clearly and concisely and to support management with the preparation of action plansManage the dynamic project team of individuals. Provide thoughtful leadership and motivation to project team members throughout the project life cycleProactively coach, mentor, motivate and supervise project team members and subcontractors, and influence them to take positive action and accountability for their assigned workCollaborate with Project Practice Manager to improve project management practices across all IT projects. Drive and implement necessary standard and best practices for project management and ensure complianceAttention to detail, and ability to organise and prioritize workload for the teamOn call support might be required upon project needLead and apply Agile practiceRequirements
Degree holder in Information Technology, Human Resources, or related areaMinimum 8 years of IT experience with at least 5 years in project management roleProven experience in managing SaaS Application Development projects and working with vendorsExperience in managing Enterprise Transformation Projects or Enterprise Process Standardization Projects is a strong advantageRelevant experience in HR Systems Development is an advantage, especially in SAP SuccessFactorsDetailed knowledge of the following disciplines: project and program delivery, portfolio management, application development management, infrastructure development management, vendor management, service transition and cutover planningProject management related certification such as PMPProven experience in managing OPEX Cost/Budget managementPersonal & Application Information
