Accountable for the successful planning and implementation of large scale, complex change and client transition projects. Manage projects through their complete lifecycle from initiation to close down and handover to the business. Manage projects using the agreed project management methodologies and documentation to ensure delivery is in line with scope, objectives, timeline and budget. Ensure effective governance, tracking, reporting and communication is in place to keep stakeholders up to date with progress, risks and issues.Lead the planning and implementation of projects in line with the agreed scope, objectives and timelineFacilitate the definition of project scope, goals and deliverables and complete the agreed project initiation processProduce and maintain detailed project plans including activity plans and project timelineLead and coordinate the activity of the project team, workstream leaders and subject matter expertsManage and track project spend v budgetTrack and report on project progress to stakeholdersReport and track project risksIdentify and implement contingency actions to mitigate riskEnsure issue escalation process implemented when requiredImplement effective project governance structure to manage delivery, track progress and resolve issuesBuild effective working relationships with project sponsor and stakeholdersCompletion of all project documentation in line with agreed project framework and approachQuality assurance - promote and track adherence to the project management standards agreed across ConcentrixBuild strong working relationship with the PMO and other project managersLine Management responsibility of project managers, acting as a coach and escalation supportOversees and enables delivery of transition projects for a nominated Concentrix regionLead as a transition SME to business leaders of sites/country and their portfolio of projects where required, providing guidance and support in shaping delivery plans, solution proposals and enabling implementationBusiness Goals

PERSON SPECIFICIATION
Essential
Direct work experience as project managerExperience of project managing complex change and transition projects – multiple internal/external/ Client stakeholders, multiple workstreams, multiple locations/ off shoreExperience and understanding of project management methodologies and project lifecycles and associated deliverables and control gatesSelf starter, self led and able to deliver large complex projects with minimal support required.Experience of using project management tools to scope, implement and close a projectProficient in use of project methodologies, systems and governance in all projects - routinely showcasing best practice.Good working knowledge of project management software plus MS office applications including: MS Word, Excel, Project, PowerPoint, OutlookMaintain effective Project Governance, & consistent use of Global PMO recommended templates, controls & processes; Independently develops comprehensive project plans considering scope, schedule, resources, risks, and stakeholders.Excellent planning, organisational and time management skills with timely and succinct updates, with minimal coaching requiredCommunicates project progress, risks, and issues clearly and effectively to stakeholders using appropriate channelsAdapts quickly to changing project requirements and environments, adjusting plans and strategies as needed to ensure project success.Excellent oral and written communication skillsAbility to work to tight deadlines and schedulesStrong team working skills – ability to influence immediate project team and stakeholders, able to define boundaries and hold individuals & functions to account Strong stakeholder management skills - Adapts style & approach of communications to stakeholders / appropriate audienceExperience of working with Board and Director level roles - Adapts style & approach of communications to stakeholders / appropriate audienceStrong influencing up to Board levelA 'Can do' approach consistently - persists with obstacles, with a positive and constructive attitudeGood critical thinking and problem-solving skillsGreat attention to detail - Analyses complex issues systematically, applying critical thinking and creativity to develop innovative solutionsWillingness to travel as and when required to different Concentrix sitesDesirable
