Project Manager Responsibilities:
Lead projects focused on odorization systems, managing both fieldwork and on-site activities. Take a proactive, hands-on approach by collaborating closely with clients and technicians to guarantee successful project delivery. Develop detailed work breakdown structures and schedules. Identify potential challenges, risks, and mitigation strategies. Implement and enforce safety protocols to prevent accidents. Track project expenses to prevent cost overruns. Optimize resource allocation (manpower, equipment, materials). Foster trust with clients by demonstrating deep expertise and maintaining a meticulous focus on quality and accuracy. The successful candidate has: Technical background in manufacturing and oil and gas. Project Management experience within the oil and gas industry. (this is not an IT position). An understanding of natural gas odorization processes, including equipment installation, maintenance, and decommissioning. Familiarity with industry standards and regulations. Hands-on field operations or service roles are advantageous. Strong problem-solving skills with a willingness to be hands-on. Proficient in project management tools and systems and excel. Ability to learn and adapt to complex, technical processes. Commitment to promoting and maintaining a safety culture within the team.
