What You'll Do Take a lead role in client interactions, guiding projects from scope approval to successful implementation while ensuring open, transparent communication and alignment on expectations. Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle.Anticipate client needs and potential challenges, proactively providing solutions to ensure projects remain on track, on time, and within budget, while maintaining a high standard of quality and service delivery.Manage project scope carefully to avoid overdesign and control costs, maximizing the value of the budget while delivering on client expectations and project objectives.Ensure all stakeholders, including internal teams and clients, have a clear and consistent understanding of project goals, timelines, and deliverables, fostering collaboration and accountability.Maintain detailed documentation, including meeting minutes, project scope, schedules, and status updates, and ensure timely distribution to keep teams informed.Monitor budget, timeline, and project performance regularly, flagging any deviations and implementing corrective actions as needed, while proactively managing and mitigating risks to ensure smooth project delivery. What You Bring Bachelor’s degree in engineering, architecture, construction, or project management, with 4+ years of client-facing project management experience in critical facilities and MEP infrastructure.Knowledge of planning, time, financial, quality, and risk management processes, with strong skills in monitoring, reporting, and documentation.Proven ability to manage and align internal and external client expectations and requirements effectively.Skilled at managing multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks, and meeting deadlines under pressure.Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage different audiences effectively and build strong, trusted relationships.Proficient in MS Office Suite and project management software (MS Project, Smartsheet, etc.), with strong organizational and leadership abilities. Qualifications & Requirements

Minimum Education Requirement - Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent Minimum Management Experience - 5 years   

Minimum Functional Experience - 3 years experience in a supervisory capacity within construction
