Job Responsibilities:

Plans, organizes, and integrates cross-functional project deliverables as part of the transition from the Fulton County Government to the Fulton County Board of HealthBuild and track a project schedule with key milestones, critical path dependencies and resource tracking.Manages communication of status, issues, and project budget to teams, clients/vendors, and management to ensure key deliverables are met.Manages project tasks (gathering requirements, facilitating design discussions, managing application development, testing, training, and roll-outs) as required to keep projects on track.Manages issue, risk and decision logs and documents key business decisionsBuild and presents project status reports/dashboardsWorks flexible schedule to allow for special tasks that require after hours implementations, updates, or testingEscalates key issues, risks and problems to leadership and helps build response plans to addressManages strategies for risk mitigation and contingency planning.Keeps project status and resource forecasts current in reporting tools.Maintains technical and project documentation.Provide customer service responsibilities, including managing expectations, communicating project status, and reporting on lessons learned and retrospective findings.
