Senior Project Manager

Your role and responsibilities

Responsibilities of this position are the management, commercial and customer aspects of assigned projects from India, including:• Full-cycle Project execution from contract award until final acceptance.• Participate in the project proposal phase with sales/proposal team to review customers’ specifications and leading DFM review and discussion• Defining project plan documents in relation to scope, budget, schedule and risk management.• Monitoring project implementation to ensure best practices in terms of costs, resource efficiency, risk management and Health, Safety & Environment (HSE)• Building and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders, effectively communicating with them, and acting as the key contact for the customer• Leading technical team and organizing right resource to solve issues for NPI project during different verification build test, such as P2, EVT, PVT until to mass production• Managing the project according to agreed requirements, ensuring that all targets are met, and that relevant guidelines are followed• Monitoring and controlling project financials, overseeing project invoicing status, costs, expenses, and cash flow• Driving the formal acceptance of the project, contract close-out and acknowledgement by the customer• Build and maintain ABB/Customer relationship / Ensure Customer satisfaction• Ensure quality/continuous performance• Control project documentation, ECN and COR management.• Seeking more commercial opportunities during project execution

Qualifications for the role

Nationality is out of Chinese mainland Fluent Chinese and English communication skills both in oral and written Bachelor degree or above in engineering/electrical/automatic control/mechanical PMP certificate holder (preferred) Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, project experience in Electronics/3C field preferred. Be able to travel up to 30% Successful experience of project management in relevant company Working experience in foreign companies (desired) Knowledge of legal matters, e.g. contract laws (preferred) Knowledge of financial management (preferred) Have SAP operation experience (preferred)
