\n\tLead and implement 3D-related projects with a focus on digital fabrics and trimmings and render pipelines in context with the HUGO BOSS 3D Strategy \n\tIdentify strategic opportunities, recognise and analyse problems, develop and implement innovative technology and sustainable solutions in coordination with 3D experts\n\tEnsure timely delivery of projects within budget and to the highest quality standards while identifying and mitigating risks associated\n\tResponsible to ensure the timely delivery of 3D material assets required for our digital showrooms, directly supporting seasonal net sales across multiple brands\n\tGuarantee interdivisional quality assurance of 3D material assets in daily business operations\n\tImplement and be responsible of resource, timeline and capacity planning as part of seasonal digital materials development process\n\tOversee and optimize internal and external processes and workflows related to seasonal 3D material asset creation\n\tDevelop and implement concepts for analyses and tracking, ensuring effective execution\n
Your profile:
\n\tProven experience and track record in managing 3D projects, preferably within the fashion or textile industry \n\tStrong lateral leadership and networking skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams\n\tExpertise in digital fabric and trimming creation and quality assurance \n\tExcellent analytical skills with the ability to develop and execute tracking and analysis concepts\n\tStrong organizational and planning skills, particularly in resource management\n\tGood communication skills, especially in dealing with different business levels and external partners\n\tStrong customer and service orientation\n\tAbility to deal with change and work independently\n\tKnowledge in software applications e.g. CLO 3D and Adobe Substance desirable\n\tFluent written and spoken English\n
