Salary: $105,000 - $133,000

Focus: The Project Manager – 6.8 Program oversees the planning, design, and construction phases of projects. They ensure that all work is completed on time, within budget, and according to the project’s technical specifications and safety standards. The ideal candidate will combine technical expertise with project management skills to deliver high-quality infrastructure and building solutions.

Project Manager – 6.8 Program Essential Job Functions:

         Review construction progress to ensure alignment with project requirements, engineering design, specifications and standards.

         Assist in documentation of plans, such as, but not limited to - Quality Management, Change Management, Commissioning, Digital Engineering and Performance Reports.

         Monitor construction activities, resolve technical issues, and ensure work adheres to timelines.

         Enforce adherence to safety protocols, identify potential hazards, and implement corrective actions to maintain a safe work environment.

         Communicate effectively with contractors and clients, providing regular updates on project progress, costs, and risks.

Project Manager – 6.8 Program Minimum Requirements:

Bachelor's degree* in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.

         Minimum 5 years of experience in construction, engineering, or project management required with experience of large-scale projects preferred.

         In-depth knowledge of construction processes, blueprints, and safety protocols.

         Strong knowledge of engineering principles, construction methods, and construction management software.

         Proficiency in construction management software and the ability to handle scheduling, cost control, and daily reporting.

Location-Specific Requirements: 

         Must have a valid US Driver’s License.

         This position requires access to ITAR controlled technical data, and as such, employment will be contingent upon the candidate's ability to access ITAR controlled technical data pursuant to an export license approved by the Directorate of Defense Trade Controls if required.

         This position requires successful vetting as an Employee Possessor in accordance with U.S. Department of Justice and the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives.

         This position requires successful vetting for unescorted access in accordance with U.S. Army and Department of Defense access policies.
