The Project Management Analyst within the Office of the Chief Technology Officer (OCTO) is responsible for tracking key initiatives that impact the entire CTO organization. This role involves overseeing the various cross functional initiatives and helping streamlines the processes, while bringing out efficiencies. The Project Management Analyst will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, drive innovation, and champion the integration various platform solutions across the organization.
What you’ll own
Working closely with CTO Leadership team, Engineering, Technology, service delivery and/or other cross-functional teams.Working on multiple initiatives driven by CTO organization.Managing project risks and assisting with problem resolution.Monitor & track continuous improvement of existing systems & processesEnsuring service levels and SLA's are met.Measure and report metrics on team performance and progress, as well as identify opportunities for improvement Identify and address impediments and blockers, escalating when necessary Utilize Agile practices & tools to track team progress, productivity, and performance Serving as liaison between technical and non-technical teams - Facilitate cross functional collaborationWhere you’ll own it

What you bring
Extensive knowledge of project management standards, processes, procedures and guidelines as well as various IT project methodologies and life cycles.Exposure to Technology platforms and engineering disciplines.Experience working in an Agile environment and expertise on relevant processes and methodologiesExtensive experience on Agile, Project Management and collaboration toolsMastery of Microsoft Office suite solutions and effectively use them for data analysis & reportingA bachelor’s in computer science, management information systems or business administration or the equivalent experience
