They are accountable for ensuring that the project is completed within the specified scope, cost, and timeline, while meeting the business requirements and contractual obligations. The Project Manager manages project plans, budgets, schedules and staffing requirements including IBM, client employees and 3rd-party vendors to ensure effective resource allocation and project plan execution. They must possess experience with project management methodologies and tools to establish an effective communication plan, deliver regular project status updates to stakeholders and ensure successful project outcomes **Required technical and professional expertise** * Proven experience as a Project Manager in a technical environment. * Strong background in Scrum practices and Agile methodologies. * Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Jira, ServiceNow, etc). * Knowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git). **Preferred technical and professional experience** * Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud). * Familiarity with popular DevOps tools and practices (e.g., Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, Git, Ansible).
