Project Manager
Full Time Contract Title or Role: Project Manager Location: Gurabo, PR, 100% on-site Length of Contract: 8 months Company Description: Our client specializes in the manufacturing of pharmaceutical drug products and is looking for a highly motivated resource to provide management to a variety of engineering projects within its renewed facility. Position Description: The resource will manage all aspects of capital project(s): planning, implementation, monitoring, completion, and follow-up. Responsibilities:: + Oversee all phases of capital projects, including planning, implementation, monitoring, completion, and follow-up. + Manage competing timelines and prioritize critical tasks while assessing project issues and developing solutions to meet scientific, productivity, quality, and client satisfaction goals. + Address technical, financial, and organizational issues through research, recommendations, and maintaining document archives. + Maintain and track project budgets and reconcile resource utilization across projects. + Identify and anticipate schedule slips or changes, analyze their cost and resource impact, and implement tools and techniques for informed team decision-making. + Actively participate in defining the project's role and evolution, ensuring project goals are understood across functional areas. + Liaise with department staff and team leaders to gather input and feedback, maintain the master project plan, and recommend operational or process improvements. + Generate periodic updates, prepare formal presentations, ensure regulatory compliance, anticipate resource needs, and potentially lead focus area projects. Qualifications: + Fully bilingual in Spanish and English. + Knowledge of cGMP processes. + Experienced in scope of work and schedule development, as well as change control. + Skilled in managing multiple responsibilities, priorities, tasks, and projects concurrently. + Proficient in project management software, spreadsheets, and general computer operations. + Demonstrates good organizational skills, attention to detail, accuracy, and analytical abilities. + A collaborative team player who is a self-starter, persistent, tactful, and persuasive. + Possesses the ability to assume increasing levels of responsibility.
