Are you organized, detail oriented, and ready to play a key role in the success of a dynamic property management company? Join Associa as a Project Manager and contribute to the efficient operations of our growing portfolio. We are seeking a dedicated individual to provide essential administrative support to our property management team.

How Our Employees Make an Impact:

• Manage incoming telephone and electronic mail inquiries. Receive, delegate or respond to all inquiries in accordance with internal communication expectations.
• Assist in the solicitation of contract and maintenance bids and present bids to Managers or Board of Directors on or before due date of RFP.
• Primary liaison for communications between all stakeholders including Board, Residents General Managers, Vendors, and Engineers
• Project Manager is responsible to ensure that projects are completed in the quoted time line as well as meeting budgetary constraints and customer satisfaction.
• Effectively schedule projects with vendors and/or sub-vendors including access to resident units.
• Assist in the manage projects from start to finish.
• Handle warranty claims on all assigned project.
• Approve sub-vendor invoices and submit for payment upon completion of project.
• Provide back-up support to the Administrators and Asst. General Manager, when required.
• Know all working systems well in order to provide maps, homeowner names and address, current project information, etc.

\n Requirements

• Ability to read and understand CCR’s and construction plans.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills, including both written and verbal skills
• Detail oriented with good follow through.
• Strong time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and with team
• Ability to work with people from diverse backgrounds.
• Must have reliable transportation and valid driver’s license and state mandated vehicle insurance in order to drive through the community and to meetings as necessary.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Teams, Outlook) at a proficient level.
• Knowledge of typical business correspondence (punctuation, grammar, structure, spelling, etc.) at a proficient level.
• Knowledge of conflict resolution techniques at a proficient level.
• Professional communication skills (phone, interpersonal, written, verbal, etc.)
• Professional customer service skill.
• Project management experience.
• Time management and time critical prioritization skills.
• 3 - 5 years of related experience.
