Job Description
We are seeking a Project Manager for a commercial client located in Hagerstown, MD. The role involves supporting both ground-up and interior projects within the tri-state area, with budgets ranging from $1 million to $50 million.
ResponsibilitiesCommunicate with the internal estimating team to discuss new bids and scheduling.Oversee 1 to 5 projects simultaneously, depending on the scope and size of the projects.Collaborate closely with the Superintendent team and subcontractors.Read, understand, and document drawings, RFIs, and RFPs.Essential SkillsExperience as a Project Manager from a commercial general contractor.Proven track record in managing projects valued between $1 million and $30 million.Experience in supporting multiple projects at once.Proficiency in project management, construction management, commercial construction, and design.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience in project coordination, change orders, and project engineering.Work Environment
The work schedule is Monday to Thursday, from 7 AM to 5 PM. The company offers a laid-back atmosphere and is family-run, currently supporting 10 projects with three other Project Managers. The company has been operating since the 1950s and focuses solely on local projects. Additionally, employees enjoy Fridays off.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $36.02 - $62.50/hr.
