Job Title: Project Manager

Job Description

Lead cross-functional teams through all phases of product development and release to ensure projects are completed on-time, within budget, and meet product performance requirements. Manage APQP documentation requirements per project and serve as the primary point of contact for both customer and internal product development and program management activities. Provide project status and risk assessments across the company, presenting to management monthly. Support the prototyping process including definition, sourcing, and execution.

ResponsibilitiesLead and coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timely project completion.Manage APQP documentation and ensure compliance with project requirements.Act as the primary point of contact for product development and program management activities.Provide regular project status updates and risk assessments to senior management.Support the prototyping process, including definition, sourcing, and execution.Essential SkillsExperience in automotive manufacturing and engineering.5+ years as a Project Engineer with technical lead experience or 3+ years of Project Management experience.Knowledge of product development life cycle.Familiarity with APQP, DFMEA, PFMEA, MSA, and customer-specific requirements.Technical print reading and root cause analysis skills.Additional Skills & QualificationsBachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering (BSME) or equivalent.Experience in the automotive or related industry.Proficiency in project management and engineering change order processes.Work Environment

The role is based in an office environment, supporting the full product life cycle. You will have the opportunity to work directly with globally recognized brands in the automotive industry, primarily supporting Ford and other top customers.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $75000.00 - $106000.00/yr.
