\t\t\t\t\tDuring the project life, the Project Manager is the primary interface for the customer. As such, the Project Manager represents the voice of the customer within the company, and must coordinate activities required to ensure customer satisfaction. The Project Manager has the important responsibility to understand the requirements of the purchase order or contract, and must ensure that all obligations are met within the schedule required. There is often a need to prevent or manage changes in scope occurring through the life of the project, and understand if such changes necessitate adjustment to schedule or price. The Project Manager is responsible to walk the fine line in providing a great experience for the customer while simultaneously ensuring financial success for the company. We have a long history providing high-quality, high-capability equipment, which has led to a significant base of repeat customers. The Project Manager is in the key position to guarantee every project is successful to the point of leading to repeat business. The Project Manager has responsibility to create or distribute documents required by customers, for example: Project schedule (Gantt chart), Machine layout drawings, Risk Assessments and/or FMEA, Certificate of Conformity, Machine safety certification, etc. Key internal interfaces within the organization include: Proposal Management, Manufacturing (Purchasing, Planning, Inventory & Logistics, and Production), Applications Engineering, Sales, Service, R&D Engineering (as-needed, depending on project scope), and Accounting/Finance. Key external interfaces (outside of the customer) include: Logistics companies (coordinating domestic and international equipment shipments), 3rd party service providers (as-needed, depending on project scope), and inter-company (other product or region units).

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $70000.00 - $95000.00/yr.
