Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Project Manager to join our dynamic team. Based in St. Louis, we are a small yet impactful General Contractor with a primary focus on healthcare projects. Our portfolio includes a range of in-hospital improvements, labs, and surgical rooms. In this role, you will be responsible for estimating, managing projects, and ensuring smooth project closeouts. You will be expected to wear multiple hats and adapt to various responsibilities daily.
ResponsibilitiesEstimate project costs and resources accurately.Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.Oversee project progress and ensure successful completion.Handle project closeout procedures efficiently.Utilize estimating software for pricing and bidding.Manage change orders and requests for information (RFI).Essential SkillsExperience in construction management.Proficiency in project management within the construction industry.Expertise in estimation and use of estimating software.Strong understanding of pricing and bidding processes.Experience managing healthcare projects.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience in commercial construction.Ability to navigate work in highly sensitive environments.Familiarity with Procore software is beneficial.Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $90000.00 - $120000.00/yr.
