Job Description:
Responsible for coordinating all project efforts, administrative and technical, to bring projects to lifePrimary client liaison for multi-family, retail, and/or mixed-use projectsCoordinate design efforts among internal team, could range from 2-8 peopleProvide mentorship to junior staff, serving as resources for growth and professional developmentManages project budgets, schedules, and programQualifications:
Must hold an accredited degree in architecture with 10+ years of experienceMust be a licensed architect or on the path to obtaining a license.Proficiency with AutoCAD and RevitStrong leadership, organizational and communication skills needed for role responsibilities and to mentor and train junior staffExperience in multi-family, mixed-use, and retail projects is preferredPay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $43.30 - $55.29/hr.
