Description We are looking for an experienced Project Manager/Change Management Consultant to lead strategic transformation initiatives within a dynamic and fast-paced environment. This long-term contract position is based in Northern Kentucky and requires someone skilled in managing complex projects with multiple moving parts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in manufacturing, with food manufacturing experience being highly desirable.
Responsibilities: • Oversee the scoping phase of projects, identifying key components and dependencies to ensure smooth execution. • Manage the execution stage, ensuring tasks are completed on time and aligned with project goals. • Develop and implement change management strategies to address supply chain impacts and organizational code changes. • Collaborate with stakeholders, including VP-level management and the Global Steering Committee, to ensure alignment on project objectives. • Create and maintain communication plans to keep all parties informed of progress and updates. • Address branding and marketing transitions, ensuring consistency and alignment with organizational goals. • Provide ongoing support and maintenance post-implementation to ensure the sustainability of project outcomes. • Handle ambiguity effectively by adapting to evolving project needs and priorities. • Lead cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration and driving results. • Utilize expertise in manufacturing processes to inform decision-making and strategy development. Requirements • Proven experience in project management, change management and consulting, with a track record of successful project delivery. • Strong project management skills, including scoping, planning, and execution. • Familiarity with manufacturing environments; food manufacturing experience is highly preferred. • Proficiency in tools and methodologies such as Microsoft Project, Agile methodologies and business process re-engineering. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels. • Ability to manage high degrees of ambiguity and adapt to shifting priorities. • Expertise in developing communication plans and e-learning modules to support change initiatives. • Background in supply chain management and organizational restructuring is a plus.
