**Summary** Chenega Corporation is seeking an experienced **Project Manager** to oversee a security forces contract in Washington, D.C. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of the contract, ensuring compliance with client requirements, and maintaining high standards of security operations. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent organizational abilities, and a thorough understanding of security force management. **Responsibilities** **Key Responsibilities:** + Provide oversight and management of security forces contract, ensuring all contractual obligations are met. + Develop and implement security policies, procedures, and protocols to ensure effective security operations. + Coordinate and supervise security personnel, ensuring they are properly trained and equipped. + Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with security standards and regulations. + Liaise with clients to understand their security needs and provide tailored solutions. + Prepare and present reports on security operations, including performance metrics and incident analysis. + Manage budget and resources effectively to ensure cost-efficient operations. + Address and resolve any issues or conflicts that arise within the security team or with the client. + Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve security operations. + Other duties as assigned. **Qualifications** + Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Security Management, or a related field. + Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in security forces or related field. + Minimum of 5 years of experience in law enforcement, military, or business management. + Strong understanding of security operations and management principles. **Nice to have:** + Excellent leadership and team management skills. + Ability to work independently and make decisions under pressure. + Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. **Estimated Salary/Wage** Up to USD $130,000.00/Yr.
