The key objectives for this role are: 

Developing comprehensive plans, schedules, and budgets to ensure the successful execution of engineering projects. Leading and collaborating with cross-functional teams, including engineers, contractors, and stakeholders, to align efforts. Allocating manpower, equipment, and materials efficiently to meet project goals and deadlines. Ensuring all project activities meet technical standards, quality requirements, and industry regulations. Identifying potential risks and implementing mitigation strategies to keep the project on track. Tracking project milestones, performance metrics, and deliverables to ensure timely completion. Providing expertise and problem-solving support for complex engineering challenges.
