Kforce has a client that is seeking a Project Manager in Madison, WI. Responsibilities: * Manage assigned projects utilizing the EPMO's standardized project management methodology, tools, and templates; Apply a range of project management methodologies-including Agile, hybrid, and traditional-based on the needs of the initiative * Facilitate key Agile ceremonies as needed including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives * Detects project obstacles that could affect the ability to meet agreed upon deliverables and takes timely preventative or corrective action to prevent or mitigate them * Foster a high-performing, self-organizing team environment to enhance speed, agility, quality, and team spirit and satisfaction resulting in team accountability * Promote continuous improvement through team coaching and data-driven feedback loops (velocity, burndown charts, etc.) * Collaborate with Product Owners to ensure well-groomed backlogs and clear prioritization of work * Lead and collaborate with project team leaders and the Project Sponsor throughout the project lifecycle to confirm business requirements, desired outcomes, feasibility, scope, and projected benefits, ensuring alignment with Company goals * Identify stakeholders and define roles to ensure alignment on project approval authority and stakeholder engagement; Facilitate collaboration to manage risks, lead change management, communication, and issue resolution * Determine management approach, Waterfall, Agile, or Hybrid, and build consensus with the Project Sponsor on project scope, budget, and value measurement; Develop and manage the OCM Plan with the Project Sponsor
