PROJECT MANAGER RESPONSIBILITIES + Coordination with all consultants, ensuring a unified response to the developer’s vision, program, and standards. + Managing the approval process with government and utility authorities, supported by the inhouse Stakeholder & Approvals Coordinator. + Leading regular progress meetings with consultants to maintain synergy throughout the project lifecycle. + Engagement with the procurement & development teams to align design outputs with budget, schedule, and phasing requirements. + Engage with Delivery team ensuring alignment with the deliverables and logistics plan. + Manage the approval process with government and utility authorities, supported by the inhouse Stakeholder & Approvals Coordinator. + Track deliverables, submissions, and key milestones to report progress. + Support the Design Manager in facilitating value engineering and risk reviews. + Performs other responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriate. Skills and Competencies - Ability to meet Parsons’ project management certification requirements - Effective leadership skills with ability to perform in a management capacity - Excellent written and oral communications skills - Thorough knowledge of industry practices and regulations - Knowledge of current technology and how it can be effectively utilized on projects Education and Typical Experience + Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, or a related field. + 8-10 years of experience in infrastructure design, with a strong understanding of design principles & project management. + Proficiency in power point presentations. + Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. + Strong organizational and project management abilities. + Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
