Project Manager

We are seeking a results-driven Project Manager to lead and coordinate technical project delivery between our clients and internal development teams. This role is critical to ensuring that business requirements are translated into executable technical solutions and that client expectations are met with speed, clarity, and precision. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in technology, excellent communication skills, and preferably hands-on experience in payments processing or fintech.

What You'll Be Doing

Project Ownership & Coordination

Own and manage end-to-end delivery of technical projects from requirements gathering through launch and post-launch support. Serve as the central point of contact between external clients and internal engineering teams.

Client Engagement & Requirements Management

Collaborate directly with clients to gather, document, and validate business and technical requirements. Translate client needs into clearly structured tickets, technical documentation, and timelines for development teams. Manage expectations and ensure alignment between client goals and technical feasibility.

Development Team Coordination

Facilitate sprint planning, prioritization, and internal stand-ups in coordination with engineering leads. Track task completion, dependencies, blockers, and ensure delivery milestones are met. Ensure that technical solutions are implemented according to client specifications and security/regulatory standards (e.g., PCI DSS).

Payments Domain Expertise (Preferred)

Understand payment workflows, transaction lifecycles, settlement flows, and relevant industry protocols (e.g., ISO 8583, card schemes, e-wallets, QR rails) is an advantage. Support development and integration of payment APIs, payment gateways, and merchant systems.

Communication & Reporting

Provide timely updates to clients and internal stakeholders on project status, risks, and dependencies. Prepare and maintain detailed project documentation, status reports, and timelines. Escalate delays or scope creep appropriately, with risk mitigation plans.
