Job Scope

Lead HR transformation and process improvement projects Review and analyze current HR processes (e.g., recruitment, onboarding, performance, engagement) Design and implement improved workflows, tools, and systems Work closely with HR leaders and cross-functional teams to roll out initiatives Monitor project timelines, budgets, and deliverables Track KPIs and measure the effectiveness of changes Ensure smooth adoption of new processes across the organization Drive continuous improvement and change management within the HR function
