Responsibilities: * Support growth opportunities; Sales pipeline with existing and new customers in conjunction with the sales manager and local account teams * Accountable and responsible for planning and executing client projects (cost, time, functionality, customer satisfaction) * Handle all Projects, relevant planning elements and milestone work results, including setting up and maintaining the Project Management Plan * Negotiate and manage contracts with suppliers, partners, and customers (including change requests, contract, claim management) * Define, design, implement and continuously improve the PM framework of executing multi-service projects * Manage customer expectations and requirements with respect to functionality and overall quality of the provided solution * Act as mentor to junior and less experienced colleagues How You'll Make an Impact: * In very simple words: You own the project - transforming it from an opportunity lead to happy customer - your role is key for our team to execute it to our customers and our management's expectations; It is all about efficient organization, transparent communication and of course ensuring delivery in time, cost, and quality * Find the right balance between a structured process and agile methods to thrive efficiency in a context where your solution-oriented mindset and entrepreneurial approaches will be valued * You drive the project execution team to be efficient and focused - by holding the team, our suppliers, and our customers accountable to the aligned plan; And if we want to deviate from that plan, you find win-win situations
