Compensation: $100-150k
Responsibilities:
• Elicitation of Business Requirements and translation into a functional requirements document
• Work across all teams to ensure a consistent and complete requirements definition
• Work with developers to ensure successful transformation of business requirements into technical design / solution
• Participate in application design, configuration, testing and deployment
• Engage stakeholders for participation in requirements, testing, review, and definition of done
• Identify resource requirements and gaps
• Coordinate with development resources to document and ratify solution design
• Coordinate users, meetings, and working sessions to enable requirements gathering and solution planning.
• Manage regular scrum meetings
• Develop and maintain a project plan
• Effectively communicate with all stakeholders both within and outside Information Technology
• Prepare and communicate status updates including Identification of risks to the project(s)
• Support Technology, Business, and Project Management teams to a successful conclusion of projects by consulting across teams receiving input into operational delivery, planning and alignment
Qualifications:
• A Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Information Technology, or related field
• Business Analysis and/or Project Management experience
• 3-7 years of experience
• High level skill with Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience with Atlassian suite of Project Management tools (Confluence, Jira) or similar Project Management software
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work directly with key stakeholders to gather and interpret requirements
• Strong organizational skills, detail oriented, and process-driven
• Experience coordinating projects across multiple teams / functions
• Experience with software development methodologies
• Experience with Information Security implementations is a plus
• PMP Certified or other formal Project Management education is a plus
