As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing the planning and execution of projects sold.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Provide Project Management for assigned after sales projects. Organize and run internal and external project meetings. Including, but not limited to; kickoff, design review, progress, pre-installation, installation, project closeout and post-mortem meetings with customer and Stiles Project Team (including suppliers, etc.). Responsible for management and communication of; project implementation budget, order confirmation, project description, project schedule (with focus on start of production date), shipment schedule, runoff criteria, installation resource scheduling, production support and customer responsibilities. Manage Factory Acceptance Test criteria and Customer FAT sign off for each assigned project. Determine, manage and monitor risks for assigned projects, including risk mitigation strategies where required. Consistent communication with Site Managers for each project in on-site phases. Complete weekly project progress reports (including installation progress, personnel required on-site, planned weekly activities for current and next week, training completed, punch lists, project closeout plan, customer sign off and acceptance plan, etc.) for each project in on-site phases. Schedule and document weekly update meetings with customer. Manage Final Acceptance Test criteria and official Customer Final Acceptance sign off for each assigned project. Monitor financial status of all assigned ongoing projects. Maximize bottom line contribution by supervising and analyzing project related purchase activities and cost structures. Visit installation site to analyze conditions relative to project installation.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's Degree (four-year college or university) and 5 years of related experience
