The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge in tool shop operations and will be responsible for ensuring that jobs move efficiently through the shop to meet deadlines.
Job Title: Project Manager – Mold/Tool Maker
Shift: First Shift, Monday – Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM
Pay Range:** $50,000 - $70,000 annually (based on experience)
Location: Meadville, PA

Key Responsibilities:
- Project Management:** Oversee and manage multiple projects on the shop floor, ensuring that all tasks are completed on time and within budget.
- Mold Repair and Maintenance:** Perform thorough inspections, teardown molds, and accurately identify necessary repairs or fixes to ensure optimal mold performance.
- Technical Expertise:** Utilize in-depth knowledge of CNC machine tools, precision measurement devices, and other shop equipment to ensure the highest standards of work quality.
-Troubleshooting:** Diagnose and resolve technical issues quickly and effectively to minimize downtime and maintain production schedules.
- Collaboration and Support:** Work closely with other employees and customers, providing necessary support and ensuring strong communication and teamwork throughout all stages of a project.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a tool shop environment.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Extensive knowledge of CNC machine tools, precision measurement devices, and other relevant shop equipment.
- Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and solve complex technical problems.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with both team members and customers.
