A Project Manager supporting Global National team will maintain and cultivate existing key account relationships and to develop relationships with new and potential customers by offering superior customer service and knowledge‐based solutions. This position requires the ability to multi‐task and effectively manage tasks and follow‐up tasks in a timely and organized manner. This position requires a high volume of verbal and written communication with key account clients, internal team members and vendors. The Project Manager will serve as the lead on multiple projects and will be responsible for all aspects of the project. The position is the liaison between sales, key accounts, and production to support the best outcomes for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

Responsible for overall internal management of global and national customers Field liaison for internal sales and national/global customers Works with all DS Smith plants on program management and expectations Facilitates RFI process for new customer opportunities. Assists in the coordination of RFQ’s Responsible for onboarding and implementation of new programs in NA Participates in customer business reviews Monitors pricing and overall profitability of customers Maintains national/global sales pipeline Coordinates input from field information for NAPP Sales Trading Reviews

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree with 3-5 years project management, sales account management experience in Packaging or related industry required. Ability to complete RFQ's, request for information process, and projects on time and in full Experience with Excel, Microsoft Office and IT literate Strong communication and presentation skills with ability to simplify the process or data
