Roles & Responsibilities:
The Project Manager will lead complex global projects (abilities up to B-category) throughout the project life cycle; which includes agreeing targets and work packages with project staff and delegate defined work packages, provide technical solution, integration of all systems, execution of site activities, managing acceptance tests and final project handover
Required Skills (Technical Competency):
Bachelor’s degree in engineering required (Mechanical, Chemical, Aeronautical/Aerodynamic, or equivalent degrees from an ABET accredited college/university will be considered)Minimum 7years of experience as an active Project Manager in an engineering environment like production, manufacturing, or project executionPosition requires experience in project planning, scheduling, communication, execution, coordination, administration, and documentation, with a commitment to customer satisfaction and maintaining project cost control.Experience with Gantt charts and Scheduling & SAPAn interest and proficiency in project execution and a curiosity about providing leadership within a collaborative engineering team.Possess and demonstrates a high degree of tact and integrity; capable of communicating with Management, Peers, Shop Personnel, and ClientsBroad technical background, high attention to detail, and excellent written and oral communication skillsGood digital literacy and experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Power-Point) and basic 2D/3D CADDesired Skills:
Turbomachinery, Turbo compressors or Rotating Equipment Industry experiencePlanview - OnePMPhysical Requirements & Work Environment:
