Our client, an industry leader in the Commercial ICI sector is looking for a Project Manager to join their team in Edmonton, AB. Responsibilities
As a Project Manager you will take pride in supporting the projects within light industrial, institutional, commercial, retail and tenant improvement work; Project management from pre-construction to completion; design, budgets, billing & invoicing, schedules, and planning Lead project meetings with strong presentation skills and stakeholder relationships Manage forecasting, cost reporting and cashflow to ensure project profitability
Qualifications Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent 8-12 years' experience is preferred on construction sites Ability to read and interpret drawings Proven track record of project profitability MS Office, Excel and Project Management Software
