Service Manager

Your role and responsibilities

Mission Statement:R reporting to the System Service Manager, you will maintain and enhance customer satisfaction by ensuring that customer requirements and all targets are met, providing excellent service at every stage of the project.Main Accountabilities:1.\tAct as key contact for the customer and an internal escalation point for project issues2.\tBuild and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders and effectively communicate with all stakeholders, including management and customer reporting3.\tDefine a project plan including scope and financial plans, schedule, risk management and HSE4.\tEffectively monitor and control project progress and efficient resource utilization5.\tMonitor and control project financials, overseeing project invoicing status, cost, expenses6.\tIdentify, qualify, quantifies and manages project risks, and ensures that all opportunities are identified and pursued7.\tCapture, analyze and share lessons learned throughout the project8.\tDrive the formal acceptance of the project, contract close-out and its acknowledgement by the customer9.\tEnsure a smooth transition between sales, proposal, and site management team, handover to FS team. 10.\tLiving ABB’s core values of safety and integrity, which means taking responsibility for your own actions while caring for your colleagues and the business

Qualifications for the role

Education, Knowledge, Skills, Experience:\tEducation: Bachelor or above\tKnowledge: A good knowledge of MS Office and MS Project\tSkills: Fluent English skill both in written and oral, preferably have PMI certification.\tExperience: More than 5 year’s project management experienceAdditional Information:Background\tExtensive experience in project management( More than 5 years) in an international environment, preferably in Press automation engineering\tA customer minded person with strong interpersonal and people management skills\tOutstanding planning & organizing skills\tResult oriented and stress resistant person\tVery good communication skills both oral and written in mandarin and English\tDemonstrated experience in management of project scope, cost, schedules, and vendorsIf necessary, no obstacles for travelling.
