Job Description

The Catalyst Team is seeking a Project Manager to join our full-time team as full-time employee.Key Responsibilities:Project Planning & Execution:Develop project plans, including scope, objectives, deliverables, schedules, and resource allocation to meet deadlines.Team Leadership:Lead cross-functional teams, providing direction, feedback, and coaching.Ensure team members are motivated, informed, and equipped to perform effectively.Stakeholder Management:Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project requirements are understood and met.Maintain effective communication to manage expectations and provide regular progress updates.Risk & Issue Management:Identify potential project risks and implement mitigation strategies.Track issues and ensure timely resolution.Budget Management:Monitor and control project budgets, ensuring costs are managed effectively and within approved limits.Performance Tracking & Reporting:Track project milestones, deliverables, and KPIs.Prepare and deliver regular status reports to stakeholders, ensuring transparency throughout the process.Quality Control:Ensure that all deliverables meet quality standards and are delivered on time.Documentation:Maintain accurate project documentation, including meeting minutes, reports, and plans. Ensure proper archiving for future reference.Requirements:Education:Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, IT, or a related field. PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification is highly preferred.Experience:3-5 years of project management experience with a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.Skills:Strong leadership and team management skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.Proficient in project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, JIRA, Trello).Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively.
