Job Description

Seeking a dynamic Project Manager to lead a significant upcoming construction project in Bel Air, MD. This role involves managing the development of a 5-story, $10 million mixed-use building, comprising two restaurants, office spaces, and residential apartments. The project is set to break ground before October, and the Project Manager is urgently needed to assist in preconstruction tasks. Responsibilities include creating contract documents, obtaining bids and estimates from subcontractors, selecting subcontractor teams, creating budgets and schedules, overseeing communications with owners, tenants, and developers, conducting progress meetings, and managing all necessary permits and documentation. The role also requires handling RFIs, submittals, and change orders efficiently. MUST HAVE EXPERINECE WORKING FOR A GC.

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Baltimore, Maryland.

Work Environment

The position involves working both in the office and on-site, conducting site visits for progress meetings. The project team includes a Superintendent, Project Manager, Project Engineer, and President.
