Job Description & Skill Requirement:

KEY TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 
•    Ensure new production introductions are launched on time, meet cost targets and within the specified budget.
•    Lead cross functional teams through a stage gate process and ensure all deliverables and milestones are completed on time and accurately.  
•    Develop comprehensive schedules that include hardware and software integration.
•    Maintain detailed action item list and conduct thorough follow-up methods for task completion.
•    Escalate key issues and risks and work to develop solutions to maintain schedules.
•    Collaborate with the broader Auto Store organization
 
KEY QUALIFICATIONS: 
•    3+ years' experience in project management, preferably using a stage gate process involving hardware and software solutions.
•    Experience leading cross functional teams to deliver complex solutions.
•    Good problem solving skills and collaboration across different departments and expert fields.
•    Knowledge about warehouse automation industry is a benefit
