Key Responsibilities:

Provide oversight of multiple projects, ensuring that schedules and budgets are met.Manage and coordinate workers on projects, from start to finish.Ensure the adherence to safety regulations.Inspect the project site to ensure that it meets safety requirements.Create and maintain project progress reports and other documents.Provide technical expertise on Fireproofing, Waterproofing, Painting, Coatings, and related services.

Qualifications:

Strong knowledge of Fireproofing, Waterproofing, Painting, Coatings, and related services.At least 3 years of experience in Project Management.Excellent organizational and communication skills.Strong knowledge of construction safety regulations.Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.Proficient in MS Office applications.
