- Manage all aspects of R&D projects

- Lead project teams in excellence in execution including prioritization, resource allocation, budget management, and improvement processes.

- Build alignment and lead collaboration with other departments including: Marketing, Sourcing, Sales, Production Management, Customer Service, Regulatory Affairs, and Quality Assurance.

- Establish, develop, and maintain supplier and co-manufacturer relationship

- Develop creative and technical solutions to product development challenges.

Education / 教育背景

MS/Diploma in Physics, Electronics, Mechanics, or equivalent

Experience / 经验

Minimal 5 years work experience in the industry
