Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:                  

 

·         Provide project management for all technical projects following client information system development methodology, Rational Unified Process (RUP) and project management best practices as detailed in the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK) and the Project Management Office (PMO);

·         Develop and maintain a project plan and tasks assigned to technical team and users;

·         Provide research and analytical services for systems;

·         Meet with the program offices to collect user requirements for new systems, or enhancements to existing systems;

·         Develop screen layouts for new systems, or enhancements to existing systems;

·         Perform testing on system changes to meet user-defined requirements;

 
Requirements:

·         Experience with Project Management (5 or more years);

·         Experience creating and presenting internal and external status reports and detailed status reports suitable for presentation to the Legislature or Steering Committee (5 or more years);

·         Experience with Budget and Financial Management including Cost Analysis/ Cost Benefits (5 or more years);

·         Experience with User Acceptance Testing methodologies and documentation (5 or more years);

·         Experience with risk tracking, mitigation and issue tracking (5 or more years);

·         Experience using Microsoft Project to track and maintain projects (5 or more years).
