Project Manager
Job Title: Project Manager
Job Description

The Project Manager will oversee and manage all aspects of MEP projects from initiation through completion, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. They will lead and supervise the MEP design process, ensuring compliance with all relevant codes, standards, and regulations. The Project Manager will act as the primary point of contact for communication between clients, architects, general contractors, and engineers. Additionally, they will perform on-site inspections to gather data on existing MEP systems and verify that design and installation meet project requirements.

This is a contract position with a duration of 12 Month(s).

Work Site

This is a hybrid position requiring some days on-site in NA, Texas and some days remote.

Work Environment

Professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets, and fax machines. The days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., on a hybrid schedule with 3 days required to be in the office. Office size: 10-15 FTE.
