Project Manager

Job Description The management of projects, typically (but not exclusively) involving the development and implementation of business processes to meet identified business needs, acquiring and utilizing the necessary resources and skills, within agreed parameters of cost, timescales, and quality. The adoption and adaptation of project management methodologies based on the context of the project and selecting appropriately from predictive (plan-driven) approaches or adaptive (iterative/agile) approaches.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget by effectively managing project resources, risks, and dependencies.

Lead cross-functional teams to successfully plan, execute, and finalize projects according to deadlines, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Establish and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, ensuring clear communication of project progress, risks, and issues.

Implement process improvements to enhance project delivery efficiency and effectiveness.

Monitor and report on project KPIs to ensure continuous improvement and alignment with organizational goals.

Process PR/PO and review work completion and document compliance of partners / vendors prior payment processing  

Develop and maintain project plan and ensures project scope, objectives are deliverables are implemented according to standards

Efficiently manage and collaborate all project resources from different groups, partners and vendors to ensure project success

Implement projects aligned to Globe B2B’s project delivery framework and toll gates, ensure customer satisfaction

Capable of managing more than six (6) simultaneous projects and performs program management if required

Ensure project change management process is enforced, documenting all changes that will impact project scope, timeline and scope

Conduct project transition / closure and implement project retrospective review with project team for all completed projects

REQUIREMENTS:

At least 7 years of experience in Project Management, preferably within the telecommunications or technology sectors.

Proven experience in managing large-scale, complex projects and programs with cross-functional teams.

Advanced knowledge of project management software tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Asana).

ITIL v3/ITIL 4 Foundation Certified; Six Sigma certification is an advantage.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field; PMP or equivalent certification is highly preferred.
