As a Project Manager you will be responsible to manage projects for the Standard Industrial Strategic Business Unit – Floor Scale Division. This position will coordinate the planning and execution of both local and global projects while collaborating with the project teams from all the producing regions that pertain to heavy industrial weighing applications, products, or systems.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities Create and maintain organizational charts and RACI matrixCreate and maintain the project plan on how the project will be executed, monitored, controlled, and completedCoordinate requirements engineering verifying the product ideas meet the scopeDefine work packages and coordinate them with the overall project planMonitor and report on project costsCoordinate procurement managementCoordinate logistics managementOrganize and lead the transition from engineering to manufacturingOther associated duties as assignedWhat You Need to SucceedBachelor’s degree in engineering, mechanical or industrial preferred, or equivalent.  An alternate degree will be considered with equivalent technical and project experienceExperienced in Project Management, a Project Management Professional (PMP) certificate is preferredAbility to lead and motivate multicultural teamsExceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectivelyKnowledge of Microsoft Office SuiteGood to have experience with Creo 3D CAD modelling software, Teamcenter PLM software management system, SAP ERP software
