Project Manager/s needed to deliver within larger Digital Transformation program with projects covering areas like ServiceNow, Salesforce, and Amazon Connect. The ideal candidate should have strong core project management capabilities, be independent, influence overall programs to completion, understanding the complexities of being part of a program that has many interdependencies, etc.. Client generally seek folks with an assertive personality, able to minimize escalations, can have the hard conversations with team members to keep initiatives on track without taking hands off the wheel, be the driver of team and project, never leave steering wheel, etc.. Technical Project Management experience involving ServiceNow, Salesforce, or Amazon Connect implementations is the key to how you will be able to make a considerable impact for this team. Position is 2-3 days a week onsite in Waltham, MA.
