Typical responsibilities are:

Work closely with product managers, platform leaders and other key functions to translate strategy into engineering requirements and product roadmap.Present goal and objective clearly to IPD team members, manages resources, schedule, budget, program risks, program KPIs and leads/ coaches team members to deliver without compromise on quality.Communicate effectively with Sr. Management, cross functional team members in multiple locations inside or outside China area.Direct and manage project development from beginning to end. Define scope, goals and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders. Develop full-scale project plans and associated communications documents. Effectively manage the project data and deliverables.Set and continually manage project expectations with team members and other stakeholders. Exhibits leadership qualities to define requirements for project risks, Possesses skills like organization, presentation and customer service skills. Oversees and directs the project engineering team and manages conflicts within the different groups.Liaise with project stakeholders on an ongoing basis. Accurately report the status of assigned projects on all key metrics. Determine the frequency and content of status reports from the project team, analyze results, and troubleshoot problem areas. Delegate tasks and responsibilities to appropriate personnel.Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises, and devise contingency plans. Define project success criteria and disseminate them to involved parties throughout project life cycle.Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools. Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path. Track project milestones and deliverables. Identify and resolve issues and conflicts within the project team. Conduct key milestone reviews as per Product Development Process (PDP).

Basic Qualifications:Machinery industry background, elevator related background preferred.Minimum 6 years of program management experience (project schedule, planning & execution, budget & cost, resource allocation…).Proven experience in delivery of end to end complex technology based projects from idea to mass production.Ability to foresee risks, proactively work with cross function team to workout solutions, escalate to management team based on needs.Knowledge of, and experience with, statistical process control and advanced quality management tools.Soft skill on communication, IPD team engagement, driving the succeed of projects.Self-motivated and able to handle pressure.Leadership experience in a professional engineering environment, and a great team player to be well adapted to a global cross functional working environment.Understanding of business, technology and external environment.Working knowledge of project management tools and methodologies. (MS project and etc.)Must have good written and oral communication skills at all levels of the organization. Strong communication and leadership skills.Able to multitask and manage priorities. Consistently takes the initiative to get things done.Strong customer service sense. Self-aware and quick learner; Integrative thinker.
