We are looking for a Project Manager, with 5+ years of experience for an exciting and challenging position!
The ideal candidate must have:5 years of experience as a Project Manager in a multiple project environment with challenging timeframes and deliverablesHave had exposure to distributed teams and relationship building with stakeholders who are also not located within the same geographical area.
Responsibilities:
Project Management of different releases of the Programme and ability to coordinate the team members work in an efficient way Update project plans and status on a regular basis and document any risks or issues in advance Identify and resolve business and IT issues in order to ensure that projects can be delivered on time and within budget Demonstrate control through production and management of Project Plans, Risk and Issue Logs and Dependencies between workstreams. Stakeholder management to ensure business buy-in and support, that they are kept updated of the progress of the projects status Ad-hoc support for the Programme Management
Requirements:
At least 5 years of experience as a Project Manager in a multiple project environment with challenging timeframes and deliverablesHave had exposure to distributed teams and relationship building with stakeholders who are also not located within the same geographical areaHave exposure to the full project life cycle, from inception to user acceptance testing, initial live running and handover to BAU Experience in working with agile methodologies, such as Scrum and Kanban Strong project governance, control, and end to end software development life cycle experienceExcellent stakeholder, conflict and influence management skills. Team direction setting/leadership - mixed skilled, multi located teams. Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills Must be able to work independently and proactively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
