Project Manager 

Location: Epping, Victoria Full-Time | Onsite 5 Days a Week

Are you a skilled and adaptable Project Manager with a passion for delivering exceptional results? Join BGIS, a leading facilities management company, and take charge of projects from conception through to completion. Based onsite in Epping, Victoria, this role requires someone with a proactive and flexible approach to ensure the highest level of service.
 

Key Responsibilities:

Ensure all works and services are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Act as a customer advocate, providing exceptional service to maintain strong client relationships. Lead and manage employees and subcontractors, ensuring effective communication and leadership. Maintain full compliance with contracts and BGIS business systems. Ensure all stakeholders adhere to OHS&E policies and procedures.

Accountabilities:

Manage project costs to stay within budget, ensuring timely invoice processing and accurate cash flow forecasting. Oversee all stages of project delivery from scope definition to handover, ensuring compliance with OHS, environmental, and statutory requirements. Administer contracts with contractors and suppliers, ensuring documentation and payments are processed efficiently. Maintain project programs with a focus on safety, risk management, and compliance with BGIS systems. Foster strong client relationships and ensure projects are delivered in line with Contract KPIs, maintaining regular communication. Promote teamwork by mentoring team members, driving open communication, and creating a positive work environment.

Qualifications & Experience:

Proven experience in delivering projects or Capex programs. Strong business acumen with contract management and supplier engagement expertise. Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Project. Certificate IV in OHS or equivalent project management experience. General Induction for the Construction Industry card. Diploma/Graduate Diploma in Project Management, relevant trade certificate, or Bachelor's Degree.
