You will be entrusted with the following: 

Planning and managing the overall projects ensuring they are within project budgets and scheduled timelines. Manage, communicate, and set realistic expectations including issuing and obtaining approval for project change requests, based on project risks, issues, actions and decisions. Managing and coordinating team members to gather requirements and estimates of effort for proposals. Providing Project oversight and coordination for successful delivery of projects. Interacting and managing the client for successful project delivery. Managing weekly/monthly status reports for the projects.  Ensuring that both client and team Technical Standards and Guidelines are followed. Developing and executing project plans for multiple small to medium sized initiatives as required. Developing and/or updating process and procedure documentation as required. Providing governance for quality assurance processes and ensuring quality control and quality assurance processes are followed.  Conducting lessons learned and completing formal closure of projects.
