ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Collaborate with various constituents and disciplines to ensure timely delivery of commitments and promises
Develop and maintain positive and supportive relationships with managers, contractors, and vendors to ensure timely completion of deliverables
Produce weekly progress updates and reports
Keep management up to date on project status, issues, etc.
Maintain and manage project schedules
Develop and maintain positive client relationships
Performs such other related duties as directed or required
SKILL AND KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS INCLUDE
Minimum of 2 years of project management experience supporting a professional services environment
Self-directed, organized, and able to prioritize work and manage multiple aspect of a project effectively
Detail oriented and deadline-conscious team player who works quickly and accurately with minimal direct supervision
Excellent computer skill and high level of proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
Strong ability to collaborate and communicate effectively and efficiently
Effectively lead and communicate with management team as it relates to project resolution and completion
Ability to effectively facilitate project meetings
Excellent English language skills with a clear, direct, writing style
Voracious desire to learn new things
Physical and Mental Requirements
Move about to accomplish tasks, particularly frequent movements from place to place within the unit. Must be able to write legibly as well as read and understand directions and instructions. Appearance must be in compliance with company guidelines
Will be required to perform diverse physical tasks including stooping, bending, grasping, and performing repetitive motions. Ability to lift, push, and carry up to 10 lbs regularly and 20 lbs. occasionally
Must be service and safety oriented. Must possess a sense of awareness, timelines, urgency, humor, and common sense
Ability to work between the hours of 8 – 4:30 p.m. Monday thru Friday with occasional earlier, later, or weekend hours as projects require
Speech recognition and clarity, including the ability to understand the speech of customers, vendors, clients, and co-workers and the ability to speak clearly to be understood by same in English. Ability to read and write in English fluently and legibly
Ability to stand, sit or walk for extended periods of time. Must be able to stoop, bend, and perform repetitive motion
