The Project Manager plays a critical role in our organization, ensuring that our projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This position is essential for achieving customer satisfaction and maintaining our commitment to safety, compliance, and excellence.

Role & Responsibilities
Using a flexible and adaptable approach the responsibilities of the Project Manager include:
Manage project completion within specified time, budget, and quality standards. Provide exceptional customer service and advocate for their needs. Lead, communicate, and coordinate teams, resources, and subcontractors effectively. Ensure full compliance with contracts, business systems, and WHSEQ policies. Develop and monitor project budgets to achieve revenue, cost, and profit targets. Participate in client meetings, contract finalization, and requirements development. Optimize processes and improve approaches as needed. Conduct project reviews and create detailed reports for executive management. Plan for risk mitigation and meet project deadlines. Secure growth opportunities and initiate new projects. Manage teams, contractors, and improve business processes to meet customer expectations. Oversee project documentation, records, and regulatory compliance. Participate in the tender process, including design, submission, and review.
Qualifications & Experience:
Proven track record in project or Capex program delivery. Strong contract management skills for consultants, contractors, and suppliers. Compliance with QA, OH&S, and environmental management systems. Adaptive problem-solving with a flexible approach. Proficiency in Word, Excel, and MS Project. Desirable Knowledge/Experience: Integrated services and property model experience. Strong relationship management with a focus on key client relationships. Experience in 24/7 live environment project delivery. Background in the aviation industry. General Induction for the Construction Industry card. Diploma/Graduate Diploma in Project Management. Post-trade/post-Graduate qualifications in Building systems, Project Management, Engineering, or Business Management.
