Key Responsibilities: Champion Ledcor's safety culture and ensure adherence to safety and environmental standards.Lead the development and implementation of Project Safety and Security Plans (PSSP).Oversee incident investigations and implement corrective actionsDelegate project control processes and oversee construction costs and budgetsLead the development of comprehensive project estimatesbe the guide for the risk management process, including risk identification, assessment, and mitigationLead the selection, procurement, and negotiation with subcontractors and suppliersManage project budgets and ensure financial performanceCollaborate with project teams to achieve project objectives on time and within budget

Qualifications:

5+ years of experience in project management, in the telecommunications industry.Bachelor’s degree in, Engineering, Business, Finance or a related field (desirable but not essential)Comprehensive knowledge of construction documents, drawings, specifications, and current construction practices and methodologyProven ability to negotiate and manage contracts effectivelyStrong interpersonal and communication skillsExperience in motivating, coaching, and mentoring team membersAbility to effectively communicate with diverse stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and internal team membersAbility to develop innovative solutions to challenges

Working Conditions:

This position will require travel throughout the state of Oklahoma up to 25% of the timeWhen not traveling, this position does have the ability to work from homeCompany vehicle will be provided for all required travel
